September marks the beginning of the 2025-26 Scout year and, so, we turn our attention to registration of members. All our existing members are required to re-register each year at the start of September. In addition, we are inviting prospective new members to come along, meet the leaders, hear about the Scouts and register your interest to join on our registration evening.
Our Information and Registration Evening takes place on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 from 19.30 until 21.00 at the Scout Den, 2 Home Avenue, Newry, BT34 2DL.
Our Scout Group has 6 sections (age groups):
- Squirrel Scouts (P1 – P2 inclusive).
- Beaver Scouts (P3 – P4 inclusive).
- Cub Scouts (P5 – P7 inclusive).
- Scouts (1st – 4th year inclusive).
- Venture Scouts (5th – 7th year inclusive).
- Rover Scouts (18 – 25 years old) (3rd level education onwards or equivalent).
