St Patrick’s Day Parade 2026

Fifty-two of our members represented the Scouts in the 2026 parade.

We started off February well at the County Cub Challenge, where a team of five Cubs were able to attend

At 10am on Sunday morning the Cubs hopped on a bus that would take them all the way to Strangford

All our sections came together camp under canvas, culminating with a big birthday party for Newry Scouts!

At 4PM on Friday evening, 47 Beavers and Cubs assembled at the Scout hall, each one more excited than the

Four Cubs assembled at the Carnbane Industrial estate entrance to the towpath on a gloomy Saturday evening at around 4PM,

A little after 3PM on Friday afternoon, leaders from Newry and Cookstown came together to set up camp, in preparation

Some of the older Cub Scouts led the rest of the Cub Pack on a hiking adventure around Foyle’s Way and Lumper’s Loop.
